To become a Polaris customer, please complete the forms below.
This application requires security and credit information, which will be reviewed by our Safety and Finance team. We will promptly review your submission and contact you regarding your account application status.
Once your account is approved, we will send a Welcome Package via email. This package will include instructions on how to log in to your online account, along with additional information about our services, features, and the benefits of using our online system. You will also have the opportunity to book an online portal demonstration or speak with a logistics specialist to help you make the most of Polaris services and the tools and capabilities available through our platform.

Polaris Transport Carriers Inc. is a member of the Custom Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), Partners in Protection (PIP), Customs Self-Assessment (CSA) and the Free and Secure Trade (FAST) programs. Canada, USA and Mexico recognize that a safe and secure supply chain is the most critical part of their work in keeping all our countries safe. For this reason, the border agencies seek a strong anti-terrorism partnership with the trade community through CTPAT and PIP. CTPAT/PIP are voluntary government business initiatives to build cooperative relationships that strengthen and improve the overall international supply chain and the security of the Canadian, USA and Mexican borders. This is why our application includes security questions that will need to be completed.
